Helen Fair-Mensik - CEO Helen is from June 2023 on Sabbatical leave.
Helen had experience of running her own retail businesses in Wales. After which, for 11 years, she had been involved with Chambers of commerce. Initially a Training Center Manager for Cardiff Chamber of Commerce she progressed to Regional Business Development Manager. She worked with Glamorgan University, in partnership with the Chamber, analyzing companies and formulating an action plan to help them improve and grow their business. Training needs were identified to ensure companies had the skilled personnel and competencies necessary to move forward and grow, with relevant courses being sourced on their behalf. Another dimension of this project was creating sectoral groups with prominent leaders in certain business areas that were strategically important to the growth of the Welsh economy.
Helen also had success with writing bids for government and charities. Four years were spent as a self-employed Business Consultant for the Newport & Gwent Chamber of Commerce (South Wales Chamber) as a supplier Champion for the Welsh Assembly Government's Local Supplier Development Project. Assistance was given to companies with regard to tendering for business in the private and public (government) sector. How to Tender workshops were organized as well as other activities such as Speed Networking and Meet The Buyer. She negotiated and planned events for large government bodies, including the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) and the NHS Wales (National Health Service. Helen has extensive networking experience and is a people person with excellent and persuasive communication skills. Detail oriented she is passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
She moved to the USA in 2008. Working alongside her husband Marcel, Helen was involved in locating investment and vacation properties in Florida. Mainly for overseas and out of state buyers who couldn't travel to Orlando. They also organized and project managed the refurbishment and personally designed several homes, themed in the Disney/Vacation style. Alongside the Disney vacation business they also have a travel agency division specializing in cruises and resort vacations for individuals or large groups such as seminars, churches etc.
In 2011, along with real estate, they were introduced to a Gold Savings account that enabled all people to invest in precious metals by purchasing gold in as little as 1 gram denominations. They produced a customized memorabilia card containing 1 gram of 24 Karat 999.9 Pure Gold to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
In August 2013 they partnered with a new LBMA accredited refinery that enabled them to offer more precious metals in all sizes from 0.5 gram up to 100 grams or more and the ability to customize the cards for corporate companies, retailers and personal individuals for any occasion. They are now introducing high end business cards containing 24K Gold and can also be produced with Silver or Platinum!
In 2014 they launched Gold-Angels Savings Plan (GASP) for their regular purchasers to be able to purchase their precious metals at the best possible price. With International growth and supplying 15+ countries on several continents they have now opened the doors to their new affiliate program. They pride themselves on the transparency and simplicity of the program, that their partners know exactly what the earnings potential is with no outlay or small print!
With their expansion into retail outlets, they are currently working on new designs for their "custom bullion" and gifts.

Helen with Marcel has been involved in locating properties for overseas and out of state investors to the Sunshine State! As part of the one-stop-shop personal service offered to clients, they also coordinated home renovations and then designed and themed the homes for the Disney vacation market. Several clients were by recommendation from people who used our unique service.
